Ed was born and raised in Brighton and Hove and was educated at St. Christopher’s school followed by Brighton College. Ed started his career in Estate Agency at the age of 17 working for Lewis and Co which was later bought by Hamptons International where he worked for just over 8 years building up a number of valuable contacts and working relationships.
In 2017 Ed felt it was the perfect time to launch Foster & Co where he is able to offer his clients a one-to-one, hands-on service. He values the importance of building genuine connections with his clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Outside the office Ed enjoys watching the football at Brighton’s Amex stadium, watching Rugby or playing golf. Ed has two children and at weekend he is kept busy with family activities.
Lily grew up in the countryside and has always lived in local villages on the outskirts of Brighton and Hove. She now lives in the village of Henfield where she spends most of her time in the Mid-Sussex office enjoying working within the village community. She started her career working for two large corporate Estate Agencies and took the plunge to set up Foster & Co with Ed back in 2017.
Nowadays Lily oversees Foster & Co’s four offices and works with the teams to make sure everything runs smoothly bringing organisation and structure to each branch.
Outside the office Lily enjoys, spending time with her friends, husband and two whippets as well as riding her horse, Sailor. Lily also has a passion for interior design and whilst renovating her house she relishes in new ideas and designs for each room.
With a career spanning over 20 years in the Estate Agency industry, Rodger brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to your property journey. His journey began back in 2002, and since then, he has dedicated himself to helping families and individuals find their dream homes.
In 2019, Rodger joined the dedicated team at Foster & Co, where he believes in a one-to-one, hands-on approach providing tailored solutions to his clients. His extensive network of local contacts ensures that he stays ahead of market trends, enabling him to offer invaluable insights to his clients.
Outside of the office, Rodger’s heart belongs to his family. Married with two children, he cherishes the time spent with them.
Martin started his career in estate agency in the 80s and has worked in selling all types of new and second hand homes in East and West Sussex ever since.
He has also specialised in land and new homes, site assembly and site acquisition and the many processes required for planning consents. This knowledge will certainly be put to good use with the unique small developments and larger sites that Foster & Co have to offer.
Martin has a busy family life with his wife and children (and 2 dogs) and enjoys downtime in Spain for the warmer climate.
Nick grew up locally in Brighton & Hove and was educated at Blatchington Mill school and now lives on the outskirts of Brighton in mid-Sussex.
Nick played football professionally from a young age and has since found interest in developing and renovating properties in his spare time as well as spending time with his wife and beloved dog, Miley.
Archie lives locally and was born and raised in Brighton.
He started his career back in 2014 having previously worked for a few other local agents, he has joined Foster & Co to help the day to day running of the lettings department.
Out of the office Archie enjoys playing and watching the football.
Ricky Leigh was born and raised in Worthing and joins us in the Lancing branch, alongside Ricky Heasman.
Having previously worked in sports coaching, Ricky Leigh gravitated towards property after having moved home multiple times and took the leap to begin his career in Estate Agency in 2021. Using his professional expertise and personal experiences, he has accumulated a knowledge of local areas and an understanding of what is needed when searching for the perfect property.
Ricky Leigh lives in Lancing and enjoys spending time visiting local food hot spots and hiking along the South Downs when he is out of the office.
Josh has worked in the property scene in Sussex as an estate agent, for nearly 15 years. Josh has a real passion for property and making sure vendors and buyers get the highest level of customer service.
Since being in the industry Josh has worked in sales, lettings, and new builds. This experience helps overcome everything that comes on a day-to-day life of an estate agent.
Josh is married and has a newborn baby boy. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing as much tennis and paddle as he can.
