We understand how difficult moving house can be and our aim is to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.
Below is some information on what would be required for a tenant to rent from Foster & Co
If you have an offer accepted on a property you will be required to pay a 2 week reservation fee which will enable us to remove the property from the market and cancel all other viewings. If you later decide not to sign the tenancy agreement for the property or don’t pass the reference checks, the reservation fee is not refundable.
The fee is refundable (minus any costs incurred) if the landlord decides to withdraw.
We also need to see your photo ID (passport or EU driving licence) and proof of current address (utility bill).
An administration fee of £220 (inclusive of VAT) will be payable prior to the start of your tenancy agreement to cover all referencing and paperwork. This charge is applicable per tenant.
An additional fee of £72 (inclusive of VAT) will be charged for any tenant requiring a guarantor.

Inventory check-in cost
You will be charged for the inventory check-in cost, price varies based on number of bedrooms with an additional charge of £10 per room where properties have extra reception rooms or living spaces.
