If you are a tenant living in a property which is managed by us then please log your maintenance issue via the email address below and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible:

If you have an emergency please call the office line on 01273 830 919. If this is out-of-hours and we don’t immediately pick up the call please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where issues arise as a result of actions committed by you the tenant, you may be expected to pay the cost of the invoice.
In the event that you are locked out of your property out-of-hours and require a member of the Foster & Co team to gain access, there will be a charge of £80.
